These terms apply to cleaning services provided by PNW Universal Cleaning Services ("we," "us," or "our") and to your use of this website. By submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.
Booking requests & estimates
Prices shown on this site and in the online estimator are starting estimates only. Submitting the booking form sends us a request — it is not a confirmed appointment. We confirm availability, scope, and final pricing within 24 hours, typically after a brief consultation. Final pricing may vary based on the actual size, condition, and contents of your space.
Scheduling, rescheduling & cancellations
- You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations or lockouts with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.
- Please ensure we have safe access to the property at the scheduled time (keys, codes, parking, pets secured).
Our service commitment
We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning and we'll return to address the affected areas at no extra charge. This re-clean guarantee is our sole remedy for service concerns and does not constitute a cash refund unless required by law.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in writing. Recurring-service discounts apply only while the agreed schedule is maintained.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your space and any special instructions.
- Secure or disclose valuables, fragile items, and hazards before the visit.
- Disclose pets on-site so we can plan a safe visit.
Liability
We carry insurance and take care in every home. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items not disclosed to us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
